"Captain bat"( Capetan Nychteridas) is the main character in a comic book trilogy that is to be completed in 2017. The three books borrowing their titles from classic songs of the "rebetiko" period of Greek music, follow the adventures of this character dressed up all the time in a bat costume. He is always trying to win a woman's heart and fitting into the working class regulars of a Greek "taverna" of the 50s. The story carrying stereotypes from the American superhero universe, is a romantic comedy with elements of a detective story.
These two animation short films were created to promote the first two books
